IOTA was incorporated in the State of Illinois, September 18, 1992, is an African American female-owned corporation specializing in the delivery of a range of program development and support services which includes but not limited to data collection and evaluation, to human service organizations and agencies. IOTA is presently conducting and completing performance assessments of several CSATG-funded TCE and TCE/HIV projects.
